Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Safety: Conduct operational audits and ensure adherence to corporate policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in property or construction management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with building systems and strong analytical skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements: The role requires regular sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
