Career Opportunity: Full-Time Registered Dietitian

Carlisle Nursing & Rehab is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to our residents, ensuring their optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans of care for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics and promote healthy eating habits.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or licensed dietitian, as required by the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian, with a preference for geriatric experience.
