Job Title: ERP Consultant

Join our team at the GN Group as an ERP Consultant, where you will play a key role in shaping our digital transformation by implementing D365FO as our new global ERP solution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clarify business processes and specify requirements in close cooperation with the project team.
  • Design a global ERP template and lead the implementation of value-added solutions in ERP.
  • Assess and initiate projects and change requests, maintaining compliance with GN IT governance processes.
  • Manage third-tier incident and problem resolution, ensuring seamless handover to the Support team.
  • Facilitate communication and coordinate with developers during all stages of project and change request implementation.
Key Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP supply chain Consultant, preferably with AX2012 or D365FO.
  • Prior work experience of 2 years or more in a multinational corporation is preferred.
  • Relevant Microsoft ERP certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate high self-motivation.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service orientation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Proactive approach with a strong drive for achieving performance goals.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • Flexibility and a strong commitment to keeping systems operational.
  • Proficiency in English, including speaking, writing, understanding, and reading.
Location and Schedule:

Onsite at Bloomington, MN, as part of a global IT organization collaborating with colleagues onsite and across regions (APAC, EMEA, AMER).

Typically, Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Travel Requirements:

Less than 25 days per year for Training purposes.
