Supply Chain Solutions Architect for Global ERP Transformation

As a Supply Chain Solutions Architect for Global ERP Transformation at the GN Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by implementing a digital transformation through D365FO, our new global ERP solution. Located on-site at our Bloomington MN location, you will be part of a global IT organization collaborating with colleagues across regions (APAC, EMEA, AMER).



The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP supply chain consultant, preferably with AX2012 or D365FO. Prior work experience in a multinational corporation is highly valued, and relevant Microsoft ERP certifications are a definite plus. You will be able to work autonomously, demonstrate high self-motivation, and possess excellent analytical and communication abilities.



Key responsibilities will include designing and implementing value-added solutions in ERP, managing third-tier incident and problem resolution, and ensuring seamless handover to the Support team. You will also be responsible for facilitating communication and coordinating with developers, as well as engaging in business consulting with key stakeholders and providing user training.



In this role, you will be expected to cultivate positive relationships with key customers, maintain clear and high-quality communication with customers and stakeholders, and back up and support second-tier support queries as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service orientation, a proactive approach with a drive for achieving performance goals, and cultural sensitivity and awareness.



The compensation package for this position is approximately $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days a week in office, and less than 25 days of travel per year for training purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP supply chain consultant, preferably with AX2012 or D365FO
