Clinical Psychologist, HSCP at Assistant/Associate Professor

This is a Clinical Faculty position in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the University of California, Irvine. The successful candidate will provide neuropsychological services to transitional age youth and adults.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychological and neuropsychological assessments
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic services
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatry residents and fellows, psychology trainees, and Master's Level therapists and case managers
PhD in Clinical Psychology, California Licensure, established expertise in neuropsychological assessments of adults with mental health disorders, expertise in psychological assessment and evidence-based psychotherapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, focuses family therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and exposure and response prevention therapy.
Experience with advanced diagnostic assessment tools including the SCID, SIPS, family assessment tools, and rating scales measuring clinical outcomes and function is desirable. Experience conducting neuropsychological assessments in children and transitional age youth is also desirable.
Supervision and ResearchThis position will involve supervision of trainees including medical students, residents, and fellows, and psychology students and interns. It may also involve engaging with clinical research and quality improvement projects and the generation of detailed patient reports.
