About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to participate in our individualized orientation and nurse residency program, which includes a customized, precepted clinical orientation experience. This comprehensive program will help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed in your role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating leadership through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote a collaborative environment of care.
- Document all nursing care, changes in condition, response to therapy, treatments, procedures, and referrals on patients' records.
- Provide patient, family, and caregiver education as directed by the plan of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.

- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current AHA/BLS Healthcare Provider completion card required prior to start date.
