Responsibilities:- Assist with patient care and management in the CCU department
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
