About the Position

We are seeking a skilled School Bus Driver to join our team of dedicated professionals at First Student. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Subject to a drug screen and physical.
Benefits
  • $21.50/HR starting wage.
  • $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Experienced Drivers*.
  • $2,000 Sign On Bonus*.
