We are seeking a skilled Human Services Fiscal Policy Analyst to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. As a key player in shaping the future of child welfare, you will drive effective policy changes and provide expert advice to counties and agencies.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $30/hour + bonus potential. You will work with purpose on projects that impact child welfare, foster care, adoption, and juvenile programs. With a focus on Title IV-E compliance, you will ensure funding and policies run smoothly, making a lasting impact on children, families, and communities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Mastery of the Title IV-E reimbursement system to drive policy changes.
  • Expert technical assistance to counties and agencies on foster care, adoption, and juvenile services.
  • Analysis and enhancement of financial reporting processes to support youth and adolescent programs.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR
  • 3+ years of experience in child welfare, juvenile programs, or foster care OR
  • 5+ years of experience in fiscal management for state and federal funding.
