Sales and Relationship Building Specialist

We're a diverse team striving to create a healthy and supportive environment for our employees. This role offers a competitive base salary for the first three months as you undergo training and onboarding, followed by a variable compensation plan reflecting your contribution to the team's success.
The estimated salary for this position is $84,000 - $95,000 per year, plus incentives. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, including company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, LTD & Life insurance plans for employees and dependents.
You'll receive paid time off starting at 15 days per year and 10 paid holidays. Our 401(k) plan helps you save for retirement, and mentorship opportunities will help you grow within the company.
About Your ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for building and cultivating enduring relationships with clients, driving sales progress, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You'll provide accounts with relevant information, resources, and insights to keep them engaged and move through the sales funnel.
As a member of our sales team, you'll engage with technical communities via trade shows, webinars, and other mediums. You'll organize, facilitate, and schedule check-ins for account stakeholders (clients, sales engineers, account executives, etc.).
About Your QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need three or more years of outside sales experience, preferably in a startup or similar dynamic environment. You'll have a proven track record as a successful BDR or sales associate, along with knowledge of the Broadband Market and Layer 1 equipment/DWDM.
Experience with CRM software and strong competitive drive for success in reaching goals are also required. Excellent communication skills, results-oriented productivity, and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment make you a great fit for this role.
