Job Title: Registered Nurse ICU Staff Position

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to work in our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of ICU experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in unit-based councils and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum one year of ICU experience, two years preferred
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • BLS certification
