Job Summary:

Baylor Scott & White Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. As an ICU RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying and responding to changes in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in unit-based councils and committees to improve patient outcomes and unit operations

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum one year of Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse experience, two years preferred
  • License/Certification: RN - Registered Nurse, BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
