About the Position:

The Administrative Program Manager III is a key role in the Facilities Management Division, responsible for directing and coordinating the division's activities, policies, and procedures. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in facilities management, budgeting, and personnel administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Directs and coordinates all activities of the Facilities Management Division
  • Develops and implements divisional policies and procedures
  • Manages personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
  • Oversees the budget and financial planning for the division

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 4 years at an administrative level. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field may be substituted for some of the required experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $104,548 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The State of Maryland offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
