Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement reliability requirements and targets for power conversion systems
- Analyze and investigate failures to predict robustness and optimize product reliability
- Collaborate with design and reliability data engineers to create and interpret numeric models of fielded and in-test products
- Specify reliability validation plans for components and subsystems using physics of failure
- Provide guidance on sample size requirements and durations for reliability testing
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of power electronics fundamentals and accelerated testing methods
- Knowledge of reliability statistics and physics of failure for different failure mechanisms
- Experience with programming languages, preferably Python
