Key Responsibilities- Deliver large-scale, full-life cycle implementations of Oracle Planning Cloud (EPBCS) for financial, workforce, capex, and projects planning.
- Work with Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS) and have excellent communication and core consulting skills.
- Have in-depth functional knowledge of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) process.
- Be familiar with EPM cross-modules, including Consolidation Cloud, Account Reconciliation Cloud, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management.
- Prior experience in Oracle Planning and Essbase is necessary.
- Ability to work across Oracle Cloud teams (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) and manage internal and external data/metadata interfaces.
- Manage project resources both onsite and offshore.
- Experience working with or in accounting, finance, or budgeting functions.
- 3+ years of experience with Cloud EPM EPBCS.
- 5+ years of experience with Planning & Essbase.
- 5+ years of EPM knowledge.
- Knowledge in other EPM Cloud modules like FCCS, EDMCS, and ARCS.
The annual salary for this position is between $138,500/Year to $162,000/Year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to applicable plans.
Cognizant offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, 401(k) plan, long-term/short-term disability, paid parental leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
