We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kalispell, Montana. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage customers in meaningful conversations, identify referral opportunities, and cultivate professional relationships to provide the best service possible.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively help to resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and positive manner, escalating issues to the next level of authority as needed.
  • Teamwork: Actively promote teamwork, lead by example, and take initiative to assist others in achieving our goals.
  • Account Management: Facilitate and process account transactions accurately and efficiently to minimize errors and reduce fraud.
  • Product Knowledge: Open new accounts, recommend other products and services to meet customer needs, and complete all essential training.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain consistently punctuality and attendance, following Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines to protect customers and bank assets.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ year experience interacting with people and displaying excellent customer service skills, demonstrated through work, military, and/or education, required.
  • Skills: Detail oriented, clear, concise, and effective communication skills, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn.
