Responsibilities
  • Lead the Dining Services Team: Supervise and motivate the Dining Services team to deliver exceptional service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
  • Culinary Experience: Oversee the daily culinary experience, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards and that residents and guests receive exceptional service.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate special community events and private parties, working closely with residents, associates, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, associates, and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a senior living or hospitality setting, with a proven track record of success in leading a Dining Services team.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Strong knowledge of culinary principles and practices, with the ability to oversee the preparation of meals and ensure exceptional quality.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to resident and guest needs in a timely and professional manner.
