Below are the key responsibilities in this role :

  • Act as a liaison between management and the HCL offshore team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders from Product Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, Medical Safety Office, and Product Management teams to drive project progress.
  • Provide regular project tracking and status updates to management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks in a timely manner to prevent delays.
  • Organize and lead meetings with project stakeholders as required to complete project activities.
  • Facilitate resource allocation for project execution and ensure timely approvals as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables by the HCL TECH team and review them as required.
  • Process change requests in Veeva vault and follow up with functional stakeholders for timely approvals.

**Requirements** :

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science, engineering, or biomedical field.
