Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This includes assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. Additionally, they will participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in neonatal care.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid RN license and have experience working in NICU settings. They should also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
