About the RoleThis position involves providing occupational therapy services to premature and medically complex patients in our level 4 NICU, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans and promoting independence and functionality.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $128,400, based on a 40-hour workweek. This estimate includes the base hourly rate of $38.98 - $61.70, plus potential additional compensation for shift differentials, overtime, and other incentives.
