Capital Project Manager

The Capital Project Manager is a key member of the South East Alaska Regional Health Consortium's Executive Leadership team, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of capital projects and programs. This role requires a strong background in project management, with experience in capital project development and execution, program planning, stakeholder communications, and budget tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and successfully complete capital projects, including project charters, project plans, and project schedules.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, communication, risk, quality, and resources for multiple independent projects or projects consolidated into a program.
- Support project management efforts efficiently through processes including identifying project requirements, developing strategic recommendations for project success, managing objectives and timelines, and executing within scope.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of demonstrated progressive, relevant experience in capital project development and execution, program planning, stakeholder communications, and budget tracking.
- Significant experience with work in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- 2 years of supervision and management of professional-level staff.
