Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Quality Manager to join our team at Axiom, PLLC. As a key member of our structural engineering department, you will be responsible for upholding quality standards and refining BIM processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Completion: Achieve target percentage of reviews completed and provide detailed issue tracking, integrating professional development (PDH or Axiom U courses) as part of solutions.
  • Course Alignment: Develop and manage a training schedule that meets quality improvement targets.
  • Consistency and Scope: Enhance review processes to improve accuracy and reduce revisions.
  • Process & Mentoring Utilization: Optimize time spent in quality processes and team development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field, preferably with 10+ years of experience in BIM management with a specialization in quality control.
  • Revit certification and expertise in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or Tekla.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
