About the Role

The Charge Nurse plays a pivotal role at Advantage Living by providing, coordinating, and managing nursing care and health education for residents. This position requires coaching and mentoring nursing assistants, ensuring they provide exceptional daily care.

Work Schedule

We offer 12-hour shifts to accommodate personal commitments and resident needs, promoting work-life balance.

Requirements

  • A current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN); current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
  • Preferably experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Note that salary may vary based on factors such as location and qualifications.
