Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Pet Care Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Warren location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of pet care and facility cleanliness.

About the Role
  • Pet Care Experience: Previous work in pet boarding, dog daycare, veterinary office, or a similar pet-focused environment is required.
  • Leadership Background: At least 1 year of experience as a team lead or shift supervisor within a pet care setting is necessary.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proficiency in client communication across phone, email, text, and in-person interactions is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Hands-On Operations Management: Supervise daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of pet lodging and enrichment services.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Engage with clients to discuss their pets' needs, address behavioral and health concerns, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Facility Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all facility areas to create a welcoming and secure environment for pets and clients.
  • Pet Health & Wellness Oversight: Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of all pets in our care, taking action when veterinary intervention is necessary.
