Lead Psychiatrist

FCS - Psychiatric Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Psychiatrist to join their team at an inpatient facility in northeast Ohio. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in psychiatry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

The position offers a competitive salary of $225,000, which includes a sign-on bonus of $15,000, productivity bonus up to $35,000, and medical director allowance of $15,000. This is a full-time opportunity that requires the candidate to be Board Certified and have experience in providing coverage for both adult and geriatric units. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of psychiatric care and be able to work effectively as a Medical Director.
