Essential Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Proficient in Linux System Administration
- Experience conducting Security Scans
- Skilled in monitoring system performance and troubleshooting with Elastic products like Grafana and Kibana
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Confluence for documentation and Jira for workflow management and ticketing
- Experience in provisioning virtual machine resources using AWS
- Knowledge of TPAM for account management
- Experience with OME for outage coordination
- Ability to triage, track, and facilitate Help Desk tickets
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Technical degree from an accredited institution
- Strong motivation and eagerness to learn
