Rapid Rehousing Case Manager Position

Interfaith Community Services is seeking a skilled Rapid Rehousing Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and coordinate housing for homeless individuals and families
- Provide case management services to support clients in achieving their goals
- Link clients with community-based housing and service resources
- Manage financial assistance funds and conduct housing habitability inspections
- Build housing stability linkages for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related field preferred
- 2+ years of relevant work experience required
- Experience working with homeless and/or vulnerable populations preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
