Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate electrical engineering work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, participating in marketing, design, and production meetings
  • Lead electrical design and development, ensuring code compliance and project schedule adherence
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other disciplines to deliver high-quality results
  • Direct the activities of electrical engineering professionals and mentor junior staff members
  • Perform other duties as needed to support project success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design, with expertise in water and wastewater projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license and strong knowledge of building electrical power, lighting, and signal design
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to our employee-owned culture
