Tandym Health is seeking an experienced Otolaryngology Physician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including hearing and balance disorders, sinusitis, and head and neck cancers.
- Perform surgical procedures, including endoscopic and microsurgical techniques.
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment for each patient.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication, surgery, and other interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and otolaryngology nurses, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Board certification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
- Current medical licensure in the state of practice.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong clinical and surgical skills, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advances in the field.
