Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and actively participate in tree care operations, including pruning, rigging, removals, cabling, and bracing.
  • Assist the crew with ground tasks such as stump grinding, tree planting, and debris management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols during all tree care activities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating aerial lifts for enhanced safety and efficiency.
  • Enforce safety regulations and prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for each project.
  • Conduct morning job briefings, manage client interactions, and oversee daily production goals.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in leading and training tree care teams.
  • Exemplary leadership qualities, including humility, respect, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Prior experience in employee training is advantageous.
  • Willingness to pursue ISA Certification or CTSP.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently.
