Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Dowbuilt. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-end residential projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement project plans, including estimating, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion
  • Monitor and control project costs, including tracking expenses and managing budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Participate in project estimating, including preparing and reviewing estimates, and negotiating with clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction
  • Construction Management degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and other construction management software
