About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat impairments related to speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our experienced teams to create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities.
  • Provide patient-centered care that is creative, engaging, and results in durable outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure is required.
  • Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA is also required.
  • Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers is essential.
