Quality Improvement Specialist

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. As a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Specialist at BronxWorks, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality program performance, compliance with contractual and legal obligations, and effective risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CQI initiatives that promote contract and legal compliance, high-quality program performance, and client service.
- Design and maintain audit tools, assessments, surveys, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), data systems, and dashboards to track program impact, performance, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate data entry into programmatic databases and create monthly program progress reports.
- Provide staff training on relevant areas, including case administration procedures, applicable law and regulations, contract requirements, agency policies, and data systems.
- Coordinate internal CQI audits, support program preparation for external audits, and develop corrective action plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in database administration, data analysis, program operation, assessment, or program evaluation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects andilingual Spanish/English language fluency is preferred.
