Healthcare Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Improvement Specialist to support our efforts in enhancing healthcare services for underserved communities. This role will focus on optimizing health outcomes through data-driven insights and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
About the Role:
- Support reporting efforts and quality improvement projects to ensure high-quality healthcare services.
- Assist with evaluation and implementation of performance management plans.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and disseminate health briefs, reports, and other materials.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and report on WholeYouNYC Social Care Networks' evaluation efforts.
- Support community-engagement efforts and team meetings.
- Develop internal and external-facing products for dissemination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
- 1-2 years' experience in research, program planning, and evaluation, or strategic community engagement.
- Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and health literacy principles.
Estimated Salary: $65,000
