Job Description
At R&R Collaborative Therapy Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism, utilizing evidence-based methods to facilitate positive behavioral change.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Autism Specialist.
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
  • Perform regular wellness checks and adhere to all facility and licensing standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or a related field (Preferred).
  • Free 40Hr Online Behavior Technician Training certificate of completion or current RBT license.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with Autism.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (Preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized.
