Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Cultivate and nurture a loyal client base, ensuring client retention through personalized service.
- Uphold the brand's high standards of customer experience, effectively communicating our aesthetic.
- Achieve individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Oversee all aspects of a sale, including shipping, alterations, and special requests to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all sales-related policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about the fashion industry and current market trends.
- Exhibit strong styling and merchandising capabilities.
Operational Excellence:
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with both clients and team members.
- Adhere to the work schedule, including punctuality and attendance.
- Assist with operational tasks such as shipments, returns, and transfers as needed.
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain the selling floor to reflect the brand's visual standards.
- Support the implementation and upkeep of all merchandising and visual directives.
- Communicate inventory requirements to the management team, aligning with business objectives.
- Effectively relay client feedback regarding product successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a high-end contemporary fashion setting is required, with a preference for denim sales experience.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- An energetic and confident demeanor combined with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills, a high level of accountability, and self-awareness.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 15 pounds while merchandising the sales floor using ladders or stairs.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
