Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Expert to join our team at W Hotels. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects as needed
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • No supervisory experience required
