Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage the menu, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving around the restaurant and interacting with guests.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
