About This Role: As an ISAP Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and maintaining accurate records of program participants, communicating effectively with ISAP program participants, and coordinating transportation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all program participant files are up-to-date and accurately maintained on our computer system.
  • Coordinate transportation services for program participants as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, file organization, and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of work experience in a similar position, preferably with experience working with multi-cultural contacts.
  • United States citizenship required; ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required; good computer skills and effective communication skills with internal and external contacts.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment; ability to maintain self-control in stressful situations.
