This is an ongoing employment opportunity with Staff as the employment type. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in leadership roles.

Job Responsibilities
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide direct patient care and assist the manager with daily operations.
  • Responsibilities include coordination of patient care and outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communications, patient throughput, program development and oversight, patient, physician and employee rounding, selection, development, and retention of staff, clinical supervision and performance appraisal, performance improvement activities, service recovery and compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
  • Candidate must be currently licensed in the appropriate state.
  • A minimum of two years' nursing experience is preferred.
  • Previous management experience is also preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
  • Candidates without a BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within one year of hire and complete the program within three years.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
