Program Management Specialist

Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Program Manager. This role is pivotal in delivering acquisition and advisory services for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planning, research, analysis, and evaluation of system acquisitions for defense systems and related technologies.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve cost efficiency, timely delivery, and performance targets.
- Assist in the preparation of acquisition documentation and program management evaluations.
- Create presentations on program progress and acquisition initiatives for executive leadership.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in program or acquisition management, including at least 3 years in a Department of Defense environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory. In-depth understanding of systems acquisition and program management methodologies is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations are required. A current Secret clearance is necessary.
Note: Selected candidates will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation.
