About the Role:- Provide critical information to assist physicians with the diagnosis and treatment of vascular patients, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Perform sonography examinations in accordance with strict protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and optimal results.
- Conduct thorough patient clinical assessments and perform diagnostic medical sonography examinations ordered by supervising physicians, utilizing your expertise to provide accurate and reliable results.
- Review examination images, synthesize examination results, and prepare comprehensive reports for providers, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Ensure reports are complete with all billing requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform quality control procedures to ensure that ultrasound equipment operates at optimal levels, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment for sonography examinations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Conduct patient clinical assessments and perform diagnostic medical sonography examinations, utilizing your expertise to provide accurate and reliable results.
- Review examination images and synthesize examination results, preparing comprehensive reports for providers.
- Ensure reports are complete with all billing requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform quality control procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Graduate of an ultrasound program or formal training program, with a strong foundation in diagnostic imaging and patient care.
- RVT or RVS certification preferred, with a minimum of two (2) years of ultrasound technologist experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work and prosper in a team environment, with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication.
- Willingness to be available for local and/or regional assignments as needed, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
