Job Summary

As a Vascular Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients. Your expertise will be essential in assisting physicians with the diagnosis and treatment of vascular patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography examinations in accordance with infectious disease, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
  • Conduct patient clinical assessments and perform diagnostic medical sonography examinations ordered by supervising physicians.
  • Apply independent judgment to ensure accurate anatomical, pathological, and clinical conditions are captured in examination images.
  • Review examination images, synthesize results, and prepare preliminary reports for providers.
  • Perform quality control procedures to ensure ultrasound equipment operates at optimal levels.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ultrasound program or formal training program.
  • RVT or RVS preferred.
  • Minimum of two years ultrasound technologist experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work and prosper in a team environment.
