As a Vascular Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients. Your expertise will be essential in assisting physicians with the diagnosis and treatment of vascular patients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography examinations in accordance with infectious disease, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
- Conduct patient clinical assessments and perform diagnostic medical sonography examinations ordered by supervising physicians.
- Apply independent judgment to ensure accurate anatomical, pathological, and clinical conditions are captured in examination images.
- Review examination images, synthesize results, and prepare preliminary reports for providers.
- Perform quality control procedures to ensure ultrasound equipment operates at optimal levels.
- Graduate of an ultrasound program or formal training program.
- RVT or RVS preferred.
- Minimum of two years ultrasound technologist experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work and prosper in a team environment.
