Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our public health team in Little Rock, AR. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, promoting health outcomes, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, taking into account patient medical history, current medication usage, and laboratory results
  • Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Counsel patients and families on proper care and use of medication and medical equipment
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss patient cases, provide guidance, and facilitate referrals to appropriate clinics or agencies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of a diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a salary range of $63,830 - $96,864 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
