Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Laborer to join our team at 48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate sorting and packaging of reusable cardboard boxes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and package cardboard boxes to grade, ensuring all trash and debris is removed prior to returning to the customer.
  • Load and unload materials from trailers by hand, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Verify product quality and ensure finished pallets are properly secured prior to movement.
  • Move pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility, utilizing yard management systems to coordinate trailer moves.
  • Complete production paperwork with accuracy and communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager.
Requirements
  • Good math, language, and reading skills with attention to detail, along with basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions, including elements, heat, cold, and air particulate.
  • Repetitive adjustment of body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths.
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible schedule/shifts.
