Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellman to join our team at Bags, a leading provider of parking and transportation services. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of our guests, handling their luggage with care, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escort guests to and from their accommodations, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Handle and transport luggage with care, using a combination of manual and mechanical equipment
  • Read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets, and provide accurate information to guests
  • Organize and store luggage in a designated area, maintaining a high level of efficiency and organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering assistance as needed
  • Stay knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing recommendations and directions to guests as required
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • At least 18 years of age, with a valid ID
  • Ability to push heavy, bulky luggage carts, and lift up to 70 pounds
  • Meet appearance guidelines, including a clean and well-maintained uniform
  • Ability to work in outside weather conditions, and adapt to a variety of shifts, including AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
Working Conditions

The Bellman will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with guests and colleagues. The role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting. The Bellman must be able to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
