Key Responsibilities:

As the selected Community Manager, your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting residents in finding their ideal homes

About the Community: Castle Park is a well-maintained manufactured housing community, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to manage it effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Manufactured Housing or Property Management
  • Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Must reside on-site

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with NetSuite or Manage America
  • Knowledge of manufactured housing
