Hospitals partnering with Incredible Health in the Spartanburg, SC area are actively hiring for a Registered Nurse position. This role involves working with medium to high acuity patients in various settings such as stepdown, progressive care, neurology, and cardiac units.

Job Overview:

This is a unique opportunity for nurses with experience in critical care to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals at a Level 1 trauma center. The successful candidate will have strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and other advanced nursing practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized care for patients with complex medical needs, closely monitoring vital signs, IV drips, and other key indicators.
  • Administer medications and implement treatment plans, ensuring accurate and prompt execution of medical orders.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing acute or chronic conditions, including equipment use such as BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen and vital sign monitors.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting preferred.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong skills in electronic medical record systems.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $105,000, depending on experience.
