Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled EUC Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Windows 10 desktops and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Windows 10 Administration: Manage and maintain Windows 10 desktops and laptops, including imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- EUC Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of EUC technologies, including MECM, SCCM, and OSD/MDT.
- Image Management: Develop and maintain images for Windows 10 desktops and laptops, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Device Management: Manage and support iOS, Windows, and Android devices in a global environment, ensuring seamless integration with our IT infrastructure.
- Process Knowledge: Apply ITIL process knowledge to ensure efficient and effective incident management, problem management, and change management.
Requirements:
- Strong Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10, MECM, SCCM, OSD/MDT, and other EUC technologies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
