Key Responsibilities
- Oversee specialized administrative functions related to personnel management, contracts, budgeting, inventory control, and payment processing.
- Gather and organize data, preparing fundamental reports as necessary.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping activities, including invoice reconciliation and payment processing.
- Support routine budgeting tasks and manage budgetary requests.
- Draft and disseminate complex correspondence while managing records effectively.
- Ensure efficient information flow within the team and guarantee task completion.
- Employ computer software for various administrative duties.
- Guide administrative personnel by assigning tasks and reviewing their work.
Additional Duties
- Provide assistance to other administrative roles as required.
- Execute any other assigned responsibilities.
Work Environment
The role is performed in a conventional office environment utilizing standard office equipment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient understanding of the English language, including spelling and grammar.
- Knowledge of basic business mathematics and bookkeeping principles.

Educational Requirements
A degree from an accredited college with an associate's degree and three years of administrative experience involving computer utilization.
Substitution Policy
Additional experience in computer-related administrative roles may substitute for educational qualifications. Full-time college education may replace up to two years of experience.
Promotional Criteria
- A minimum of one year of experience in specified roles within the organization.
- Civil service status in one of the specified classifications.
